 Finlay Equipment Range>

The name Finlay is synonymous with quality mobile screening equipment.  The equipment, manufactured in a purpose built facility in Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland, boasts the features necessary for high performance and long life in the materials extraction and processing industry.

The Finlay mobile screens are traditionally used to segregate sands and aggregates in the quarry and sand & gravel industries.  The 3-way split Finlay range provide extra mobility with on-board stockpiling conveyors.  In recent years the addition of crawler tracks has ensured even greater on site mobility.

The Finlay Trommels, both single and double skins are widely used in compost segregation and more recently in recycling on demolition and skip waste.  These robust machines are designed for the rigors of even the toughest applications.  The Trommel range has both wheeled and tracked units available.

The Finlay Wash Plant equipment incorporates years of experience with the latest innovations in sand and aggregate cleaning.  The Hydrasander models provide continuous washing of construction sand with relatively lower power consumption and minimal wear.

The Finlay Siltmasters enable the continuous cleaning of the wastewater produced by sand and aggregate washing.  With the Siltmaster system installed no settling ponds are required.  The Siltmasters have been widely used beyond the sand and gravel industries to clean waste effluents.

Other complimentary products within the Finlay wash plant range include washing screens, scrubber barrels and logwashers.  This wide range of equipment allows Finlay in conjunction with MH Screening Services to provide the end user with complete turnkey installations.

Pilot Crushtec Equipment Range>

Pilot Crushtec
, founded by Mr. Dieter Scherf, has its manufacturing base near Johannesburg, South Africa.  The current range of material processing equipment imported by MH Screening Services include a wide range of Vertical shaft impact crushers and the compact horizontal shaft impactor.

The Twister AC06 – AC10 V.S.I. crushers use a stone on stone impact to reduce the aggregate size and improve the stone shape.  Where natural sand deposits are depleted the Twister range is also used in the production of consistent manufactured sand from excess aggregates on site.  Their use also extends to the mining industry where ores are crushed prior to milling.

The BR0605 H.S.I. crusher is also widely used in mining and quarrying to crush oversize aggregates. The BR0605 has a 600mm rotor with a large feed opening of 545mm x 385mm to accept large feed size material at moderate tonnage.  This reasonably priced skid mounted unit provides both the quarry and mining industry with a cost effective way of reducing oversize materials.

The Pilot S2R Rubblebuster incorporates this BR0605 H.S.I. crusher into a self-contained skid-mounted or wheeled chassis.  The chassis comes complete with diesel engine, feed hopper, feed and discharge conveyors.  The S2R Rubblebuster is specifically designed to process up to 35 tonnes per hour of oversize material or rubble to produce an end product high in fines.  This compact unit enables even the smallest stockpiles of waste rubble and oversize to be crushed economically.

 ALLU Equipment Range>

Ideachip in Finland manufactures the ALLU range of equipment.  As one would expect from equipment produced in Scandinavia the ALLU equipment is manufactured from the highest quality components to the highest standards of fabrication.  MH Screening Services distribute the full range of ALLU equipment throughout Ireland.

The ALLU processing bucket attached to either a wheel loader or excavator is widely used to screen damp soils, mix soils, aerate compost, crush glass and process other difficult materials.  The uses for these processing buckets are as varied as there are material processing applications.

The ALLU AS26 and AS38 provide the industry with heavy-duty purpose built high capacity windrow turners for aerating of compost, soil stabilizing and mass soil handling.  These units can operate at up to 6,000 cubic metres per hour.  The AS26 and AS38 are both propelled via crawler tracks powered by a diesel engine.

The ALLU Power Mix is an innovative and versatile attachment for excavators. It can mix, aerate and crush simultaneously on site for a very cost-effective operation. It will process any material like clay, subsoil, contaminated soil, sludge, frozen soil, blacktop, bentonite mixed with clay, sand etc.

Pegson Equipment Range>

BL-Pegson
rock and stone crushing equipment is world renowned for performance and durability.  The production facility near Leicester, England uses the latest manufacturing techniques combined with decades of experience to produce a world leader in the field of rock and stone reduction equipment.

BL-Pegson manufactures both single toggle and double toggle jaw crushers.  All units are designed for years of trouble free high performance crushing with ease of operation and access for maintenance also a consideration.  These jaw crushers are available on fully mobile road trailer chassis and crawler tracks.

The Autocone, Automax and Autosand cone crushers offer high performance in the further reduction of aggregate sizes and sand.  These high performance high efficiency units produce the highest quality aggregates with minimal running costs.  The options of self-contained trailer mounted and crawler-mounted units are available also.

BL-Pegson
has over 70 years experience in manufacturing water pumps for the quarry and associated industries.  The VS and High Head range of pump has been developed over many years with the aid of a test program run in working quarries. The outcome is a reliable pump, which is built to withstand the rigors of the quarry, mining and construction industries.
